Welcome to the Trauma Informed Entheogenic Guide Course ("the Course"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Course materials, services, and any associated content provided by The Unchurch and Stephan Kerby ("the Provider"). By accessing or using the Course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from accessing or using the Course.

 

1. Course Content

They are designed to provide information on trauma-informed practices and guidelines for working with entheogens. We strictly adhere to legal and ethical standards. We cannot provide assistance or support to the use, administration, or possession of entheogens where such activities are illegal. It is essential to comply with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction regarding controlled substances. We encourage you to seek guidance from appropriate legal and medical professionals who can provide expert advice and ensure compliance with the applicable laws.

1.2 The Course content, including but not limited to text, videos, images, and any downloadable materials, are protected by copyright laws. You agree not to distribute, modify, reproduce, or sell any Course materials without the prior written consent of the Provider.

 

2. Participant Requirements

2.1 To enroll in the Course, you must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.

2.2 It is your responsibility to ensure that you possess the necessary physical and mental health to participate in the Course. The Provider reserves the right to deny enrollment or restrict access to the Course if it determines, in its sole discretion, that participation may be detrimental to your well-being.

2.3 You understand that the Course is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Provider encourages you to seek appropriate professional assistance for any specific questions or concerns related to your health or well-being.

 

3. Payment and Refunds

3.1 The Course fees, if applicable, are clearly indicated on the Provider's website or registration platform. You agree to pay the specified fees in full before gaining access to the Course materials.

3.2 The Provider reserves the right to modify the Course fees at any time. However, such changes will not affect participants who have already paid for the Course.

3.3 Refunds are not available for the course. We kindly request that you thoroughly consider your personal desire and commitment to participate in the course before making the decision to purchase and allocate your financial resources.

 

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1 The Provider strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information in the Course materials. However, the Provider does not warrant the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of the Course content, and you acknowledge that any reliance on such information is at your own risk.

4.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Provider, its affiliates, and their respective directors, employees, agents, or representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Course, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of data, or any other intangible losses.

7.3 You shall not modify, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works based on the Course materials, in whole or in part, unless expressly authorized by the Provider.

 

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

8.1 These Terms and your use of the Course shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Iowa/United States of America

8.2 Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Course shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Iowa/United States of America.

 

9. Amendments

9.1 The Provider reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time, in their sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on the Provider's website or notifying you via email.

9.2 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates. Your continued use of the Course after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

10. Entire Agreement

10.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Provider regarding the Course and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or representations.

10.2 Any waiver of any provision of these Terms by the Provider shall not be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision, and the failure of the Provider to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
